Utility Company Phone Numbers

Utilities must be transferred into a tenants name before the lease signing date. Any utilities not transferred into the tenants name may result in a delay of the move in date. We advise all tenants to call the utility company to begin the transfer as soon as possible as some utility company's take longer than others to begin the transfer and may also require a deposit on the account.
