How would I Qualify for the rental property?



Screening Report:
We require that all tenants are screened before being approved for a rental unit. 


Income Requirements:
The income requirements are that the tenant must provide proof of gross income for 3 X the rent amount.

Rental History:
We will screen a prospective tenant for past evictions. Based on the findings we will determine if you are approved.

Credit:
We do look at the outstanding balances on a credit report. Medical bills normally do not effect our decision of approval
.

 

Pet Policy

The pet policy will differ depending upon which property you have applied for. There is a $250 pet deposit per animal and a $100 monthly pet rent per animal.

 

Occupants allowed per unit

Will vary based off size of home.

Any more than 3 occupants per unit, will result in an additional fee of $25 per person monthly. * NOTE* This is only effective for units that the Landlord pays Water/Sewer.

Late Fee Forgiveness

We do have a late fee forgiveness program. We will waive your late fee one time every calendar year.

 

Security Deposits

Security Deposits will be returned to the tenants within 30 days after you vacate the property. Please provide us with a valid forwarding address so that you are assured to receive your security deposit.
